Anton Crouse


Anton founded Cosmopolitan Projects in 1992 and the Central Developments Property Group in 2002. As Managing Director with a B.Com Marketing degree from the University of Pretoria, he provides strategic direction and ongoing hands-on management throughout the various business functions of the group.

Suzanne Coetzee


Suzanne is responsible for the Group’s financial control and project finance. She joined the Group in 2004 and was appointed Director of Cosmopolitan Projects and Central Developments in 2010. She holds a B.Comm in Actuarial Sciences and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of Pretoria and previously held positions at Momentum Advisory Services and Van der Linde de Villiers Actuaries and Consultants.

Johann Vorster


Johann holds a B.Comm Honours in Accountancy from the University of Pretoria. Prior to joining the team in 1996, he was an audit manager at Russel Wolpe Auditors and did his articles at Lloyd Viljoen Auditors. As director, Johann is responsible for the operational management of Cosmopolitan Projects Johannesburg including its marketing and administrative functions, liaising with banks and attorneys and specialising in people development.

Pierre Ludick


Pierre joined Cosmopolitan Projects in 1994. As director, he is responsible for the operational management of Cosmopolitan Projects Tshwane including its marketing and administrative functions.

Elizabeth Malefo


Lizzy joined Cosmopolitan Projects in 2002 and as director she is responsible for all the marketing done in Tshwane’s eastern region. She holds a BA Ed degree from UNISA.

Sipho Mlilo


Sipho joined Cosmopolitan Projects in 2003 and holds diplomas in Education and Business Management. Prior to joining the Group he was a teacher for 17 years, five of which he was the deputy principal of a high school. Today he applies these valuable people skills as director and head of one of Cosmopolitan Projects Johannesburg’s most successful marketing divisions.

Mbuso Mhlanga


Mbuso has been with Cosmopolitan Projects for 19 years. Prior to joining the Group he gained experience in retail banking with Barclays Bank in London. He holds a BSc Honours degree in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe. As director he is also responsible for one of Cosmopolitan Projects Johannesburg’s most successful marketing divisions.

Gerrit Brandow


Since 1999, Gerrit has had direct involvement in the marketing function for both Cosmopolitan Projects and Central Developments. In 2010, he was appointed Operational Director at Central Developments and is responsible for the operational management of Central Developments Midrand including its project management, marketing and administrative functions.

Roland Behrens


Roland has a wealth of experience in various marketing and project management roles prior to joining Central Developments in 2003. In 2010, he was appointed Operational Director at Central Developments and is responsible for the operational management of Central Developments Montana including its project management, marketing and administrative functions.

Pierre Reyneke


Pierre has been with Central Developments for 13 years and is responsible for the operational management of Central Developments Johannesburg including its project management, marketing and administrative functions. He holds a BS& S degree in Town Planning from the University of Pretoria as well as an MBA degree from Bond University.

Wouter Brouwer


Wouter holds a BSc in Building Science from the University of Pretoria and has 24 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has been with the Group for 15 years and is responsible for the operational management of Central Development Projects, the Group’s in-house construction company.

Johannes Basson


As a director at Central Development Projects, Johannes holds a BSc in Building Science from the University of Pretoria. His experience dates back to 1992 at Stocks Housing and since joining the CDP team in 2005 he oversees construction and operational management of the Group’s in-house construction company.
